2. Content of the Site

The content of the Site provides information on Plasmiam's activities, products and services. It is not an offer to the public nor a binding contractual offer. Features, integration levels and availability of products (e.g. connectors classified as “Native”, “1-day activation”, “Project-based”; features marked “Available” or “Project-based”; assets marked “In operation”, “Blueprint available” or “Project-based Blueprint”) are described as accurately as possible. References to customers cited by name describe the scope of the project and do not certify results. Only written offers and contracts are binding.

Images and animations marked as “illustrative reconstruction” and data marked as “simulated data” do not represent real plants, machines or data of customers or manufacturers.

Plasmiam has started the certification of its quality management system to ISO 9001, which is currently in progress.

3. Intellectual property

Texts, graphics, animations, 3D models, videos, software, logos and the names “Plasmiam”, “Sibilla” and “Teneuro”, and all other content of the Site, belong to Plasmiam S.r.l. or are used under licence, and are protected by copyright (Italian Law 633/1941) and industrial property law (Legislative Decree 30/2005). Without written authorisation, reproduction, modification, distribution, systematic extraction (including automated, e.g. scraping or training of artificial intelligence models) and any commercial use are prohibited, within the limits set by law. Short excerpts may be quoted with the source and a link to the Site.

4. Third-party trademarks

Names of third-party products, systems and companies (for example control systems, historians, ERPs, protocols and machine manufacturers) are cited only to indicate technical compatibility or integration, or to describe asset types. They are trademarks or registered trademarks of their respective owners. Their mention does not imply any partnership, sponsorship, endorsement or affiliation with Plasmiam, unless expressly stated. The Site does not use third-party logos without authorisation.

5. Limitation of liability

Plasmiam takes care over the content of the Site, but does not guarantee that it is always complete, up to date or error-free, and may change it at any time without notice. Technical information (e.g. typical failure modes, signals) is general in nature and does not replace a specific assessment of the plant by qualified personnel. To the extent permitted by law, and except in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence (Art. 1229 of the Italian Civil Code), Plasmiam is not liable for damage arising from the use of the information on the Site or from the inability to access it.

The Site may contain links to third-party sites, included for convenience. Plasmiam does not control those sites and is not responsible for their content, availability or the way they process personal data. A link does not constitute endorsement.
