Rivus. Water sub-metering for large residential complexes.
Rivus by Plasmiam is a water sub-metering platform for installers and sub-metering service providers: it reads the cold and hot water meters of large residential complexes over LoRaWAN, keeps meters and gateways under control and splits the water bill between the units.

Meters that stop talking
Which meter has not sent its reading, which battery is running down, which gateway covers which floor: one map of the whole complex instead of a site visit.
Splitting the bill
A fixed share by ownership thousandths, a consumption share by meter, the unmetered cubic metres (main meter minus sub-meters) and hot-water heating charged to those who use it, exported as CSV.
Leaks inside the complex
The utility meters only the inlet: water lost inside is paid by the residents. Rivus flags leaks from the night-time minimum flow.
